If a conversion failed, include your browser name, device type, target format, and whether the issue happened with one file or multiple files. Do not send private photos unless you are comfortable sharing them by email.
heictoimg.com does not receive your image files during normal browser-based conversion, so support may not be able to inspect a failed file unless you explicitly attach it yourself.
